Natalie says that her great-grandparents cultivated the land where she still lives with her Family, producing fruits and vegetables. She was asked to disseminate the recipes handed down from her family, and from friends she learned about the possibility of self-publishing them, for the pleasure of it, through Amazon.

If you are looking for a juicing recipe book so that you can use your JUICER, this is not the book for you. Very disappointing!

I didn’t purchase this book “for entertainment purposes” but I thought it would actually help me to “detoxify” my body “and lose weight”. The message written in Amazon then is absolutely misleading. Amazon may not be aware of what it’s specified on the first page of this book.
If the Author & the Publisher are not “experts in the discussed topics” as indicated in the book….. why did they write it & published such book specifying recipes for various purposes (detoxifying juices, weight loss juices,energy-boosting juices, immunity juices,digestive. Health juices, etc. & other “specialized juices for UNIQUE NEEDS”).
Then they write “Additionally, the information in the following pages is intended solely for informational purposes & should be considered as such. As fitting its nature, it is presented without assurance regarding its prolong validity or interim quality”.
I’m really confused about the purpose of this book & what was the real intent of the Author & Publisher. Well, “entertainment” & “informational purposes” as they wrote on the first page??? That was NOT the reason why I bought it. I really wanted to put into practice juicing for beginners to improve my health & well-being.
