This book has good information. It tells you how to start with the basics, ingredients you will need, how to make a meal plan, and many recipes. It looks well laid out and easy to follow. The recipes are detailed and look to be very tasty. All in all, it is a great little book!

There is not 1800 days of recipes, 100 recipes at most. There is not a 30 days meal plan in this book. It is poorly formatted and difficult to follow the recipes. Some of the recipes are read from left to right and some of the recipes are read from left column to right column. The sample shows color pictures of the food, the book is in three shades of gray only and on very thin paper. The book is very disappointing.
