There are a variety of healthy recipes to benefit a healthy lifestyle or if you’re wanting to make changes to your diet. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for healthier food options and wanting to benefit your body. There are a lot of great recipes in here that are even family friendly.

After hearing so many things about whole foods but not really understanding what "whole foods" meant, I grabbed this book and it's been a game changer. I can't believe the amount of delicious recipes!

This book is an awesome start for someone who is looking to eat healthier. I always try to incorporate whole food in everything I make. So many amazing recipes to choose from, I am looking forward to sharing some of these amazing recipes with my family.

I haven't used any of the recipes in this book but having a sister that has and loves most of them has made me want to give them a try myself. I have eaten alot of the recipes she has made and I also like them so this book is a good choice for healthy options.
