I have become very interested in intermittent fasting as I am a woman who is 55 years old and was diagnosed with Diabetes and High Cholesterol 5 years ago. The information that is provided in the book is excellent as it is allowing me to be able to set realistic goals as it has many delicious recipes for me to choose from as well as a guide for me to follow as I was completely confused about where to start. I am extremely grateful for this book as it provided me detailed information about how to start my intermittent fasting journey and am looking forward to all of the benefits that this lifestyle will provide.
