Pros: moisturizing for hair and skin and great health benedfits overall

Cons: When cooking with it, it has a slight fishy smell So i actually prefer to use it on my skin and hair and no smell that way . I love it!

I originally purchased this for the Omega 3 addition to our diets but I didn't pay close enough attention to see that it was blended with Grapeseed oil.... now I know why it was so cheap. I HATE grapeseed oil idk to me it just taste cheap or something like bad olive oil. Not to forget grapeseed oil, does contain omegas so it makes some sense but .....I will not be purchasing again.
