This is the brand I always use to blend my own salad dressings because it's light and doesn't overpower other ingredients. This has been difficult to find in my small town lately, so I purchased from Amazon Fresh. It was a lot more expensive than it usually is around here, but hey! When you find something that works, it's best to stick with it.
