We love Spanish olive oils and this brand is both flavorful and versatile. This is a general purpose EVOO which we have enjoyed for cooking, dipping and sauces/marinades. Very reasonably priced when you can find it, as it appears to be in high demand. Don't listen to critics who tell you it's not equivalent to a high-cost, small-batch, gourmet brand because that is _not_ what this variety is advertised to be. This company _does_ produce high-end specialty EVOO, but this variety is an everyday table/pantry oil that does its job perfectly and for a great value. 5/5 stars

This one has a lot of flavor and a great taste. I especially noticed it switching from the 365 Whole Foods brand of olive oil. It doesn't make me feel sick, heavy, or bloated like that one. It's also better tasting than many at a moderately higher price point. I cook with this and also use it to drizzle on top of salads and things.
