I only cook mine until I see the translucency and the white tail start to show. About 13 minutes after the full boil.
What irritates me is the incredibly common junky bag. Sure would be nice if the top would rip off like it's supposed to!

I like that these oats are organic. I just add pieces of chopped dates or cranberries, also organic. Lately I have added fresh nectarine cut into small pieces. I manage through the whole day as I rarely have lunch. In the Winter I add fresh chopped apple.
