It also teaches the different food preserving processes there are and how to do them safely. There are great recipes for your canning from meat recipes to soups.
This was a great guide to start me on canning journey!
I do have to single out the red meat and poultry recipes at the end. Just reading them made my mouth water. And my boyfriend loves the stews and soups, perfect for the upcoming Fall and Winter seasons.
My favorite part about this ebook is that I can reference back any time I want. And, I get to share my new leisure activity with my friends and fam! So far, my mom is on board, appreciating the step-by-step instructions and the safety precautions outlined. These methods will stick with me for years to come, specialty the sugaring, salting, and smoking chapters!
I am giving 5 stars because it was so informative; however, I feel the writing and organization could have gone through one more edit/review process but that doesn't take away from the content and information provided.
