I loved this guide because it not only helps you but also provides you with a lot of knowledge, the importance of dieting, how to do it, how to start and it really helps you set clear and realistic goals, which is very important, things that we can really achieve and not just fantasies. It has unique recipes with the right proportions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has dozens of recipes so you never get bored of always eating the same thing, my favorite recipe was the creamy pasta with spinach and mushrooms.

If you’re looking for a simple and healthy way to lose weight this is a great place to start. The recipes in this book are low calorie, so you can stick to 1200 calories a day, but they are also vibrant, colorful and delicious so that you’ll want to maintain the plan long after you’ve lost the weight. I learned a lot of new recipes to achieve my fitness goal on this 2024, I think the instructions for preparing the meals where so easy to follow and the ingredients were easy to find on my supermarket

This book works with a variety of diets. It's common sense and isn't just for weight loss. I love the protein content and how it talks about responsibility in food. Sourcing your food and calories is a must too!

For someone that is already following a reduced calorie plan the title of this book sounded promising. The recipes look good but where the book says limit calorie intake to 300 calories for breakfast, 200 for snacks, 300 for lunch and 400 for dinner, you would think the recipes in the book would have the calories listed! For example the Almond & Flaxseed Porridge is a base of 346 calories before optimal toppings. The point is if you list total calories in the beginning to strive for, tell us how many calories are in the recipes you give us.

I loved this book, since it offers a sustainable weight loss, what I liked the most are its meal plans for 60 days with super easy to develop and balanced recipes with 1200 calories per day, a perfect diet if we want to shape the body figure or lose weight, besides that what I also loved are its practical and accessible tips for portion control, a perfect guide that helped me too much.

i gotta say, this book is da bomb for real — i been strugglin' to lose weight for ages, so i figured i'd give this Dr. Now diet plan a shot, and let me tell ya, it's been a game. Changer! i'm feelin' healthier, more energized, and finally seein' some progress on the scale — not to mention the recipes are easy peasy to follow and actually taste good, too. if you're lookin' to shed those extra pounds and get on the right track, this book is what you need in your life, homie.
