"We can learn new habits in 40 days, it just requires us to practice that habit for 40 days, mindfully and with intention. When we do so for the benefit of ourselves first, with love & kindness, we can then be a greater service to those we can reach. For me, passing on what we learn, will be met later with greater reward. Which is, learning from what those we meet, are willing to pass onto us. From Children to Nature, in Art & all Life Forms, even in 'Old Fables' our teachers are vast & learning is a constant.

About the author

Anthony began learning spiritual practices shortly after a first encounter aged just 7, exploring various practices that since have shaped his unique perceptions of the world and transformed his life. As he delved into meditation, mindfulness, and Yoga for example, he had discovered journaling through the Law Of Attraction & his interest in some "Hermetic teachings" to name just some.
By his early twenties, he felt called to start documenting his experiences and what he was learning. Each book in the first Series 'THE ART OF HEALING' will combine practical guidance with insights he's gained over the years and current to date. Gratefully sharing this first series, which includes short books that expand on various topics all aimed at being useful guides to return to support in growth and practices.
The Art of Healing Vol. 1 was initially written for "A Future Self" to find in a future life but his best teachers emphasized that these techniques have been passed down to us, making it our responsibility to share them. Some insights required persistent questioning of his teachers, leading to rewarding discoveries. Anthony is passionate about sharing these experiences and techniques to inspire others to create their unique practices, also embracing their vulnerability in the process.
