Here is a book that goes for a diet that is all meats and very little carbs. It gies over myths about all meats. It also goes recipes to still eat a healthy diet of with meats only. It brings in to perspective about meats and choosing and cooking. For any who is looking for an all meat diet way.of eating here is your book.

This book is well written and easy to follow. It teaches you how being a carnivore can be healthy and help you lose weight. It has over 2 thousand recipes so you are never bored and can easily continue this diet. I recommend this Diet for a no thinking way to lose some weight.
