The book includes quick and very easy recipes as well as recipes for the more adventurous cook, but every recipe is full of wholesome goodness!
Some of the ingredients are not well known and will not be staples in your pantry but keep your eyes open when scrolling down the isles in your grocery store, you might just be surprised to find what you need. It could also be a lot of fun to look for the specialty food stores in your own area to source a few of the more exotic ingredients.
Let’s move away from eating boring, ordinary food!
The only disappointment I had was that there is no 4 weeks meal plan included in the book as this was expected when looking at the front cover.
Therefore, I am giving this book a very deserving 4 out of 5 stars.
I really recommend purchasing this cookbook if you want to get easy-to-make recipes. I can't wait until I can try more of them and find out which ones are my favorite.
