How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.

They work great. I messed the first one up when my soldering iron was too hot, but I learned my lesson and lowered the temperature on the second one. Good that this is a big bag, so I can mess up 29 more times! They work great on the breadboard too. For my application with Arduino Nano, each 22K resistor added between 80-100 points to the analog input signal (1023 max). So I had to add at least 6 resistors, to get a 1.0 in the digital port. I will add a 250K variable resistor (potentiometer) to my board next time to make adjustments easier.

These work but they don’t work as a dusk to dawn. These let power through or let’s say light an led when there is more light in the room. When covered or when dark there is no power or the led shuts off. I needed these to do the exact opposite..

This Photoresistor will go from a low resistence of 240 ohms to over 2.4 Meg ohms. You get more than usual. I got 30 and busy how many projects I can build. Thanks for offering these items

I inspected them after arrival. The package is clean and nice labeled for reference and future restocking. The leads are more bent then I would have expected but can not say they do not function until I use them. I did count only 29 in the package of 30. So I am now 1 short for my project... go figure. Maybe some will fail and I have to order anyways some more. If I order more or some fail I will update this review.

Fixed bird clock with these, works good ! Side note: Be careful about direct sunlight with most any light sensitive device as eventually the "direct" sun will fry even a camera (use a hood to keep the direct sun out of the lens area). I lost one camera already this way as I had it facing west and did not think the "direct" sun light would burn it out.

They work. What else to be said here. I did not test how precise the values are, but I don't expect them to be 100% true at this cost.
I intend to primarily use them for home automation light level sensing.

An interesting component for experimenting with electric circuits. Low cost and fun for kids, they work with both analog and digital sides of your Arduino.

A few came broken, but most of them worked. Great for the intended project.
