I found that the pannier was well designed but poorly put together. There is plenty of room in the bags, easy to take off and put on the back rack for Ezip kits and trailz. the Plastic inside keeps the shape of the bags well to take weight off of my back for my 5 mile ride every day. The handles and straps make it easy to carry the panniers when taken off. What the issue is that currie used the wrong stiches to put the bag together so when one thread broke, the line of stitching would zipper and then one bag would fall off the side of the bag. It needs more robust stitching to resist pressure when weight is applied.

I purchased a Currie trailz electric bike 22 months ago. at the time I purchased the saddle bags. I have biked over 4000 miles with these bags. I have transported them full of grocerys and believe me they have been tested to the limit your not going to get any better bang for your buck. by the way they look great!!!!

They are good quality bags for bicycle the bicycle itself will damaged very easy because the battery is not that durable and there is no support if something happens 2 the bike but the bags are not bad

Only two things I don't like about this bag. First one is, If this is made to fit over the batteries on the ezip bike where do you tie it off at on the sides that have the straps. Second one is the tie down on top should have clips for fast release. All in all a good strong bag with plenty of room.

The eZip Commuter Case Elite is made for electric bicycles with a side-fitting battery. It's constructed with room for battery so the silhouette on the bike fits snug.
It's a good saddlebag system for anyone who has to travel with an iPad, or a laptop to the office or school. There's a padded holder for a laptop or iPad, and also a front pocket that has slots for pens, a wallet, and miscellaneous papers. The pockets have flaps over the zippers so that the zippers don't get gunked up by the elements. . There's room for a laptop, and folders and on the other side an extra shirt, or jacket. There's a detachable shoulder strap, so you can bring the whole thing into the office. The handle is well formed to fit the hand, which makes it easy for carrying. Note, it's big, so if you take it onto the train, it will take up most of your footspace. But so far, no one has complained, and I've filled it with all sorts of stuff.

I've also used it for groceries, riding over to the pool, to the liquor store (the padded holder makes for a nifty place for a bottle of wine) and whatever else activity you can think of that involves riding your bike.
The bags also have two reflective patches on them --for greater visibility at night. However, it's probably a good idea to supplement them with more reflective tape, and also a high powered rear light attached to the bicycle, along with a reflective vest.
All in all, as someone who rides her bike daily, I've found it satisfactory.

Ok, so I purchased one of these. Everyday had a large Laptop that wouldn't fit in the padded holder, but in that side. Yes, over time, couple of months, 6.9 miles a day, The stitching (support) started coming apart, and yes, like a zipper. Also found, being now the heavier side, (two Batteries installed (E-Zip,TrailZ) the balance was right at critical point for the side stand and wanted to fall over to the right hand side. Thought about bending the side stand some, but didn't, started putting laptop other side, cut out that padded part for other for added space. Had reinforced webbing straps sewn in, front and back across where rack would be and down each side of the bags for support, Also where the bags top straps attach to the top, that material lining rips easily, so had those strap ends sewn through to the top's material. Now I had a GREAT way to carry tools, tube, that stuff, rain coat, etc. But then a car hit me at 50, broadsided on the 4th of July. New bike now, same model, the old bags got chewed-up, so now new bags all modded from the start.

It looked nice when I got it. It fit very well on my Zuma beach cruiser e-bike, which I am enjoying. It did the trick for school books/netbook, etc., for college. It is handy going to the grocery store. It ripped last week (about 3" tear along a seam). I am having it repaired at a cost of $15.00. We will see how it holds up.

Love my new bags! Actually, this is my second set. My husband took my first set to carry his battery in for his electric bike that he custom made. The 2 sides did rip appart at the seams but it was because his battery was way too heavy. These are great bags. We make frequent trips to the store and they really hold alot! Love the sturdy handle and convenient shoulder strap. I would definitely recommend this case!
