I would agree with 6-12 months and up. I bought three of them for Disney. They were ideal for my 1yo, and two 2yo grandsons.

Only if a child doesn't need a tray or bar. We like the harness system and have added a cup holder attachment.

I used it when my baby girl was only 3 months old..she seemed to be comfortable enough. But I donot believe it is suitable for babies less than 3 months old.

I def wouldn't use for a child who can't sit up yet (<6 months). It's just right for my 8 month old.

I bought this stroller when my baby was 4 or 5 month old, it works fine and I like it a lot, especially for travelling in car or plane since it is light and easy to fold, and does not fill all your trunk space; but is not the best option if you need to recline almost or full flat for a nap, or if your baby can't hold his head. It just recline about 15 degree from top.

I think it is ok for infants because of the 5 point harness. If they are really young, I would just use a head supporter w it. This stroller comes in another version too that is a stroller carseat combo that I wish I would have had when mine was little!! That one has a bar in front too! I hate those big strollers! Have loved this one so far!!!! Just wish it had some type of padding in the crotch area like their carseat does. I have the 'sticks n stones' pattern. Love the pattern!!!
