How does ecobee4 prioritize temperature in different rooms?

The ecobee4 has a technology known as Follow Me. Follow Me will look for motion triggers in any of the sensors on the network. The ecobee4 will then base its reading on that sensor and adjust the temperature to reach desired settings in that room. If more than one sensor detects motion, the average of these sensors will be used.

Installer was very knowledgeable and realized that an electrician was needed to complete the installation, due to age of heater. He then contacted the electrician who arrived within the hour to complete the installation. There was no additional charge for this. The electrician took the time to walk me thru the various functions of the thermostat and also advised me of the availability of a substantial utility rebate, and then assisted me in applying for the rebate online. All in all this was a very good experience and far exceeded my expectations.
