Bought this for a party thought it would be fun.It spit in a very heavy stream and leaks down your face when you you first start the flow of the water.

This hat was ordered as a fun hat for our VBS. The hat fits as expected. All ages may wear the hat during Bible school and I think it will accommodate all of their heads. The fur on the hat is extremely soft. I cannot speak to the spitting apparatus. We have not tried that part out yet. So far, I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend this hat. It is just fun.

How quick can I get my money back?

Conceptually this would be a fun hat. Unfortunately, it is cheaply put together, too small for most adults, and malfunctioning water delivery system. Squeeze the bulb and water shoots out the air valve then leaks everywhere. The hose is blocked, not even air can flow through it. Great job on Marketing, R&D, but manufacturing / Quality control is a joke!!! A bad joke!!
