How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

- Reviewed in the United States on November 2, 2023I had clearances when I was in the military and at a defense contractor. This book describes a ton of stuff accurately that I can't talk about. Quite impressive.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2015It is so silly to think our government should not be taking advantage of all information that our enemies can access. As noted spying started with Adam and Eve and will go on until human beings no longer exist. We can anticipate problems by spying or be surprised that others are acting like Human Beings and know more about us than we do.
