I purchased this book for school, it was a decent read, great for gathering some highlights and topic awareness gathering purposes.

How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 13, 2002Mr. Fuld has contributed much to the field of CI. This body of work is well done, but lacks some of the more innovative ways of collecting and analyzing intel -- especially from the CxO/Board level. I trust Mr. Fuld is working on a follow-up work and I personally am looking forward to it.
