This book has restored my faith in the new generation of Tigger-Pooh-Kanga-Owl-Eeyore-Piglet-Roo Christopher Robin tales.
For a while there I thought these classic characters were going to be merchandised into plush toy oblivion.
Isabel Gaines as author of the "Winnie the Pooh First Reader " series has done a great job in recapturing the happy innocence of the AA Milne originals.
The language style is not infantile, but the youngest reader will understand the story.
The value of family and friendships is the strong message that comes through. We look forward to seeing more stories in this series.
