Filled with useful information on how to do land research. The only complaint is that unless you are used to the terminology and jargon, the lack of flowing sentence structure will drive you around the bend! It was so bad that I had to read a paragraph to my non-genealogy passionate family as an example of how NOT to write. Don't let it deter you. The specifics are valuable enough and hard enough to come by otherwise, that it is still quite a find.
