- Reviewed in the United States on November 10, 2024A good resource for RV beginners.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2024Yes, it's an older edition, but it's still relevant. RV systems haven't changed much over the years. Their examples might not match up exactly to your specific system, but they will give you a good explanation of how things work and basic trouble shooting. It's worth adding to your library and even carrying on board your RV for those gremlins that will inevitably show their cute little heads while you're on an adventure ;)

- Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2024There is nothing to dislike about this book. It is a necessary item and will come in handy less than more because we hope not to have to be confronted with the situation that we have to use it for too often
- Reviewed in the United States on March 27, 2015This book is a major help to RV people. Didn't know that having your rig only 1/2 of a bubble off can cause you to loose your refrigerator. After 25 years of RV's we were amazed to learn that it is so critical to make absolutely level. It was a costly trip for us. Had to get a new frig installed. There is so much information in this book it is a great read. This was a used book and it looks just like it came from the printer. I would recommend everyone who owns a rig with a frig to purchase this book and see what you are doing wrong.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2012This an excellent manual. I have fond the diagrams and explanation on how to trouble shoot or find the problems very helpful. Without this book I would have no manual to go by. I have found non for a 1985 Fleetwood. I'm in process of rebuilding one that was in horrible shape. (gut it and start over) I would recommend this book to anyone with an old or new motor home. I'm new to rv'ing and know nothing on this. I am mechanically inclined. I have found that Amazon is a great resource to finding what you need at a price that don't break the bank. Wildman

Despite the fact that we sell and repair American Motorhomes (RV's) you can always learn from someone elses experience, this book is plain and simple but informative as well, my suggestion is......Got and American Motorhome? then either get a copy of this book or come to see us at Mercury RV in Kent, or perhaps both!!
