This is breakthrough information for me but it has been around for a very long time. I used it to do a charcoal cleanse to eliminate excessive fluoride build-up. A quick read with only a few pages, the information is concise and to the point. Focuses on uses and applications, but not much is dedicated to an understanding of how much to take each day. 3 times per week I have been taking 5 capsules of activated charcoal on an empty stomach, with 8 oz of water, and nothing eaten after for at least 90 minutes. Wow, it really gets things "moving", and this waste removed has translated into weight loss.
