This book will snatch you up in an array of fictional and non-fictional stages. It is an intimate and delicate phrase of words that illustrate thoughts. Combustion of feelings that feed off ones head, and harbors in their heart-until, they're released! (Ah, take a deep breath.) I am sure you have resided with them often, or know of those that conjure up the formula to "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde." We are only human; and we all have mood swings, whether we admit it or not. Witnessing it page by page, you will find that this book portrays life in Mood Swings; when we collapse into extreme emotions to unearth ourselves. Often, those insecure fibers of our existence demand the proper position in relationships. It's nudging you daily-your soul tells you the truth, but your stubborn heart may not want to hear it. Where on earth do you stand.with your beliefs, lover or kin? Subsequently, ones lessons are never completely over until they finally gain wisdom. Read into the 5 "Mom, Am I Miserable?" "Thought Process in Life" "The Nature of Love is Sensual" "Beyond the bounds of Tug of War" "Looking for a Savior on the Shallow Road" By now, realization should hit from internal abuse alcohol, empty intercourse, obsession with drugs, and unresolved relationships. Lastly, after admittance, this book blossoms into self-love, romance, sensual sex, spirituality and ceases with death. It covers it all in the form of prose. You will also observe illustrations to add a little effect. While being entertained, let yourself go; and you will moan from tingles of pleasure or pain as you simply portrait yourself in "Mood Swings."

I've been wandering through this book of honest emotions and already have a long list of favorites: I Need An Explanation, Talking To Myself, Rejection, First Born, Tuck Me In Tenderness, Welcome-Come In, & Trying To Make A Living.

Purnell expresses the full range of human experience in her own authentic voice. Every sigh, giggle, moan & groan, cry, shout and whisper is accounted for. Whether she is "in the mood" (Welcome-Come In) or definitely NOT in the mood for the insanity of life (Trying To Make A Living), Purnell lays it bare on the page, and you shiver with recognition. "Oh, yeah--I know how THAT one feels!"

Dive into this highly recommended collection! You will find yourself, in these pages.
