This book only confirms what Eustace Mullins wrote years earlier in his epic book Murder by Injection: The Story of the Medical Conspiracy Against America.
The irony is that his experiences and those of many others at the hands of the medico-pharmaceutical junta is far far worse now than even what he contemplated in the late 80's. His aspirations that his exposé which he so eloquently expresses will bring about a change beneficial to society have had absolutely no results.
The suppression of alternatives on both sides of the Atlantic are at their worst. Patients continue to be duped and with the possibility that many politicians all over the world are firmly in the pockets of big business humanity faces a bleak future from which I see no escape.
The title of the book speaks for itself. The entire medical field has become a racket that suppresses alternatives. That is the scope of the book. It is not a thorough encyclopedia of all the alternatives available but a factual report on how those alternatives, some used successfully for thousands of years, are purposefully suppressed and ridiculed by those who do not have a financial or professional interest in recommending them. You don't need a tinfoil hat to read and believe the evidence, just a logical mind. The book I read was copyrighted in 1992 which is an advantage as many of the things he predicted then have come to pass. Chiropractics, for example, was once entirely ridiculed by the medical profession and insurers alike.
Think about it. When was the last time your doctor had any solution for a medical condition you had other than drugs or surgery? We are overweight. We eat sugar and grease in excess. We sit in front of our TV or computer for hours on end. Our kids do not play in the street or parks anymore but sit in front of a video game. And we solve all of these problems with some new wonder drug. Why not try actually getting to the root of the problem first? Unfortunately today we have to be our own physician or we will end up like so many who take dozens of pills several times a day all solving some problem created by our lifestyle or the side effect of another drug.
For those of us who want to be well and take care of our families this book is a must read and worth wading through miles of evidence to reach the conclusion of how this organized crime is being perpetrated. Kudos to DR Carter!
