The batteries are not bad, but they could have been better! If you plan on using this batteries for camera, you bet that you do need to take at least 8 with you on the road. But if you plan on using them in a remote or a rc car you are good for couple months depending on the usage. I don't suggest putting this batteries in your camera because you will end up using more of them then you need. This is a great deal for batteries but make sure to use them in things that don't require a lot of juice.

I was disappointed. These were not the Memorex Batteries I usually see, these are made in China and look like knock offs.

I haven't used them yet, so they may be O.K., expecially at that price, but I feel like I was missled.

I also found I could buy Batteries at Costco for the same price.

These batteries are fine for toys, remote controls, etc, but not for battery eaters like digital cameras. I guess they just don't have high capacity although they are called "high performance". I used to use these in my Canon A510, and 2 batteries would be gone in like 2 hours! It is a big hassle to keep changing batteries, especially when you are travelling. I blamed my camera at first, but when I tried a pair of 2500mah rechargables, I know the difference - The battery life is at least 2-3 times longer!

I bought these batteries three weeks ago from Amazon -- they were a pretty good deal for the price, and I'm happy with my purchase. If Amazon still offered them, I'd buy more now. Unfortunately, (at least as of today) they're no longer available from Amazon; the price is the same as I paid earlier this month, but the seller is now J&R Music rather than Amazon, so the additional shipping charges have nearly doubled the effective cost. Look for other batteries from Amazon instead. (A reasonable price is twenty to twenty-five cents per battery.)

I got sucked into this deal about a year ago and can say long term, risky cells.

It could be because the clock draws even when the radio part is off but I'm

not willing to chance it again.
