First, our 5-year-old loves this lunch box. It was the only one he wanted, when we were looking for a lunch box for school. It does look great, and he thinks it's the coolest thing ever. Unfortunately, after we received it, ours was also missing the Thermos. My wife contacted the vendor, and they assured her several times that they would send a replacement. They never did. We finally gave up and bought a couple of high-end stainless steel drink bottles with printed graphics from a local store (which cost more than the lunch KIT box).
This isn't a new issue, so you'd think they'd update the picture, at the very least.
Don't expect to receive the lunch box and water bottle. I will say that after a month of school, the lunch box is holding up well, and our son still loves it. That missing water bottle just annoys me to no end, though.

Nice lunchbox, but they did NOT send the thermos

I love the lunchbox, but they did not send the thermos which was supposed to come with the lunchbox. I could never reach the company's customer service, so I gave up on trying to get the full purchase.

I would recommend trying to find this product either from a different company or in the stores. Don't buy this if you're expecting the bottle as I've read from other reviews they never received their entire purchase either.

My nephew's much loved Scooby-Doo lunch bag fell apart within the first few weeks of kindergarten. I couldn't find the same one and he wanted something with Spiderman, so I got him this. When I bought it it was sold as a kit that should have included a thermos. No thermos. I was going to return it, but my nephew saw it and wanted it. It just feels cheaply made, the stitching is weak (this is the main reason I wanted to return it). I figure he'll get this year out of it and I'll get him something better made next year.

My kindergarten son picked this lunch bag out and he loves it. We have only been using it for a couple of weeks but I think it is well made. It is washable and I really like the size. I am able to fit ; a large juice box, a sandwich holder, a small and medium snack holder.
Feb 20 update.....my son has used this lunch box every day this school year. It has a few small tears inside but I see how much abuse this lunch box gets and I am impressed with how it is holding up. The size really is perfect, we also put a small Rubbermaid juice box refill.

This is a nice lunch box itself. My four year old is thrilled with it, so that is all that really matters. It seems pretty durable, and has enough room for his chilled sandwich box plus snacks and a drink. However, they list this as a "kit" which is supposed to come with a water bottle. It does not.

At least update the ad so people are not expecting a product they will never get. This is why I gave it 3 stars.

The lunch bag was very cute, but it arrived without the water bottle and Amazon told me I had to return it, they would give me a refund, and then resend another one. The problem was I needed the item for my son's birthday and did not have time to do all that. I wish they would have just sent me the missing water bottle to complete the kit. Essentially I paid for a "kit" but only got the lunch bag.

I bought this lunch kit for my toddler to take to preschool. The price was great considering it also advertised a spiderman water bottle. Unfortunately, when I got the package the water bottle did not come with it. I was unable to contact the seller, amazon's policy is that you need to return the package to the seller. I was not happy to have to jump through hoops over a water bottle.
