The Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack with Lat Pull and Pull Up Station, constructed of a 12-gauge steel 2”x 2” frame, offers an in-cage working space of 23.5" front to back and 43.5" side to side. 4 plate storage pegs to the rear of the unit and 2 on each side allow for standard size plates to be stored. Olympic plates can easily be accommodated as well. A pull up station, located at the top of the rack, boasts solid steel construction with knurled grips at either end. Also included is the lat pull down station with an adjustable pulley extension, a lap bar and a low row/curl bar. The unit measures approximately 83” from floor and is suitable for users up to 350lbs. Users can achieve the perfect adjustment with 27 variable positions for bar supports located from 17.5" to 68” in height from the floor. Peg holes may be used for squat bar holder (500lb capacity), safety bar catch (500lb capacity), accessory dip handles, accessory dumbbell holders, accessory short bar holders and accessory safety bar extensions. (Accessories sold separately)
Recommended Max Weight: • 500 lb if using the bar catchers outside of the cage • 650 lb if using the bar catchers inside the cage • 800 lb for safety bars.

2. BD-7BCC - Includes everything that comes with the BD-7, but also the Cable Crossover attachment! (Photo to the left) Each pulley on the Cable Crossover has a double bar track that creates more stability and a smoother movement when using any style of bumper plates, and has two single adjustable handles included.
3. BD-CC2.0 - Includes the cable crossover attachment alone, in case you already own the BD-7 and would like to add to it for the ultimate home gym.
Valor Fitness has three other Power Racks to choose from, BD-11, BD-33, and BD-41. All have Lat Pull Attachments and Cable Crossover Attachments you can add on to them. The Lat Pulls can be found under BD-11L, BD-33L and BD-41L. For the Cable Crossover Attachments, the BD-CC2.0 is for the 2"x 2" frame of the BD-7 and BD-11, while the BD-CC2.5 is for the 2.5"x2.5" frame of the BD-33 and BD-41.
