It is a privately published book available for limited purposes in its entirety at [...]The author died in 1996.
I recommend it to anyone with an interest in the true fate of General Patton, along with Bill O'Reilly's book Killing Patton and Target:Patton by Robert Wilcox. There is also a book published in 2014 by "Patton's Wife and Soldiers" which I have not read, which focuses on his life with a postscript about the manner of his death.

****** Excellent book! Blows solid holes in USA's official story about the
tragic death of General Patton. A Must Read by anyone interested in
what happened to General George Patton. Author Robert Wilcox
references this book in his deep detailed research book, Target Patton.
The compass now points through the enormous sad facts that surround
the death of General George Patton.

    John James
