Thinner material, lesser quality than original Carter's clothing

I was excited to order these for my daughter, since we go through them all the time, even in the summer since she plays in air conditioned areas all day. I was disappointed to find that the material of these shirts is thinner than original carter's shirts from the Carter's store. The shirts are okay for warmer climates, but they will not be warm enough for the fall and winter. You can tell the material is of a lesser quality, hence the lower cost per shirt. I'd say it's better to wait for a sale on carters.com and buy in bulk, if you're interested in getting the quality of carter's items. If you don't mind a thinner shirt, then these shirts are a good solution.

I changed the review to 4 stars because the bodysuits have held up to washing very well. Most of the shirts are good quality. This is a good deal for the price, if you are in a rush and can't wait for a Carter's sale. I would buy them again.

Cute but sizing seems inconsistent

Carter's is the benchmark of clothing for our kids. These colors and patterns are beautiful, but the Simple Joys brand that I received runs about a size smaller than Carter's FROM Carter's. I noticed from other parents reviews that some are bigger, some were fine, but mine (and others') ran small, so it seems to be kind of all over the place. Having said that, I will give the product itself credit, because it's a good material, soft and comfortable.

Simple Joys along with Child of Mine are our favorite Carters lines! Cheaper, and in my opinion, more true to size than the actual store line. Perfect for everyday play and a great variation of girlie patterns.
