This is a great backpack for its price and I am excited to use it in college this year. It is high quality, sturdy, and has a lot of space for a laptop and books. It came new and all the zippers and straps worked. The only complaint I might have is that I’m not sure if it’s official Jansport because I have purchased three others previously and the tags on this one do not match up with the tags from the others. They may have redesigned the tags though, I’m not completely sure. To be honest, it seems like an official Jansport so I don’t really care either way.
