Exploding battery

The RC car is awesome, It’s super fast and seems like it’s constructed of high-quality materials. But, after only owning it for three or four days, one of the batteries exploded. I’m trying to figure out a way to contact the seller to see if I can get a replacement battery, but if that doesn’t work I’m just going to return the whole unit and buy something else.
