I wanted to improve my grip strength for better shooting, this product seems good for the job.

I’m a weak girl and green ring is easy, blue one is fine. Orange see on photo.

Loops are much harder than rings for me.
Green loop is a bit challenging, mostly because my hands are small and fingers are thin. Blue loop is impossible for now lol.

I don’t think the product will be good for someone strong, because even I can half bend the hardest (orange) ring with left (non-dominant) hand.

But for me personally it’s a good product and good price, so five stars.
