Can I get a single delivery from Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market on Amazon?
No. If you have access to multiple stores in your area, your order from Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods are fulfilled from each store individually so we can deliver them ultrafast. If you’ve selected items from more than one store you’ll need to select a delivery or pickup window and check out separately for each cart. You’ll receive separate order confirmations from each store.
What is the process for Whole Foods Market pickup?
You’ll receive a text notification when your order is ready for pickup. To reduce your wait time, ‘check in’ when you’re on your way by clicking the link in the text or your order confirmation email. While checking in through your Amazon app, enable location access so that we can be ready and waiting with your order as you arrive.
During check in, you will also select whether you want us to bring your order to your car at the designated pickup parking space where available (Curbside), or at the in-store pickup point (In-store). If you choose Curbside, once you reach the store park in one of the designated pickup spaces* and our store associate will bring your order to your car. If you chose In-store, then walk into the store and we'll meet you at the ‘In-store pickup point’ mentioned in the app.
*Select stores do not have designated pickup parking spaces. If that is the case you can park anywhere in the lot and we’ll bring your order out.
How do I pick up my groceries if I don’t have a smartphone?
No smartphone? Don’t worry. Before you leave for the store, write down the store phone number from your confirmation email. Call and let us know when you’ve arrived and we’ll bring your groceries out. If you don’t have the phone number, no problem. You can always go into the store and we’ll meet you at the customer service desk with your order.
Why do I need to “check in” to get my pickup order?
For the best pickup experience, check in through your order confirmation email before you leave for the store. Checking in provides you with instructions of where to pick up when you arrive and helps reduce your wait time.
Why am I asked to turn location tracking on during my pickup order?
During the check in process of your pickup order, you may be asked to turn on location tracking. This lets us know when you’re heading over and helps us find you at the store, providing a seamless and quick pickup to get you on your way.
