Hope says:
I paid off my account, they are showing that the payment was credited to my account, and the online system is showing what my credit limit is, but it's showing a $0 available credit. Does anyone have any idea why this is?

They are waiting for the payment to clear the bank. Could take a week.

I paid my minimum amount the day before it was due and I received an email confirmation that I made my payment. My boyfriend also has a store card and made his payment the day after me when it was due. His payment has already came out of his bank (Chase) and I'm still waiting and I use the exact same bank as him. Has anybody else had this issue?

It could be because it's a new bank account. Could be because there was a problem previously with that bank (or other). Even mulitple payments on the account on the same month can.

I paid off balance in full with sending bank showing that it was received on 04/19/2017. Today 10 days later 04/29/2017 this is still showing as owed by Amazon's chase credit card...... putting us into next payment cycle for interest and non payment fees.

So question is is amazon going to apply some pressure and accountability to them or are we going to have to close this card due to card providers gross manipulation and bad banking practice to try to get additional fees and interest.

I have excellent credit and only started credit due to benefits associated but it is not worth/acceptable for this wrecking it.
