Ordered from this company on Amazon Marketplace. They placed a hold on my credit card for over a week while they failed to ship my order (per Amazon seller policy, the company was supposed to ship my order within 2 business days). Fitness Nutrition Store then cancelled my order without explanation. They never responded to email inquiries. Horrible customer service and bait and switch pricing. Avoid this ripoff scam company at all costs. I don't know how Amazon continues to allow them to remain on their site.

All you have to do is dispute any charge on your credit card with your card company. 90% of the time, they will give you 100% credit. The credit card company is neutral - they investigate both sides of the story. If you have documentation - you will get credit. There is a place to rate the vendor if you have a bad experience - it's on amazon website and check "My Account" to post negative experience. Here in this forum it won't make much difference. If you contact Amazon customer service - they keep track of this kind of thing and will DROP a vendor if the company is dishonest or has really really bad customer service policy.

So call Amazon customer service. It doesn't make sense to complain unless you've tried to resolve it with Amazon.

And do you know what bait and switch means? Because what you described is NOT bait and switch. In bait and switch, first, a customer is "baited" by advertising an item at a low price, then the customer is told that the advertised item sold out or is otherwise not available and are "switched" by convincing them to buy a product that is more expensive.
