What are the best slimming aids to loosing weight

I have a great diet suggestion. Its called the Amazon diet. Get a job at a very busy warehouse and work there for about 8 months you will lose a ton of weight so far i have lost 50 lbs. Thank you Amazon diet

I am not familiar with grazing but with my life style change and loss of over 50lbs I do NOT go hungry. If I need a snack I eat low cal good fillers like just carrots, or a salad with low or no fat dressing.

Very bad to feel deprived. I have to admit not watching TV with all its food comercials helps.

I have to disagree that the body will burn the food and not the fat off your body because if what you put in your tum is no/low calorie the body has to burn calories to disgest it. Thus you are satisfying your hunger and avoid an unhealthy binge or unhealthy snack.

Celery is great. popcorn, organic cooked old fashioned way with a little olive oil, there is fat free butter in a squezz tube now, to drizzel it, and i love a little parmesan cheese shakered on , it has just enough salt in it to give taste and not water retention.
My latest dreamiest sweet healthy snack is , oh wait , i was saving that for my book, lol.

Oh, and I lost the weight without surgery , running walking arobic exercise of any kind. yep , got some toning to do and that is going well and easy and NO SWEAT!
Snack all you want to on no/low calorie food. never feel deprived, of food and or tastes and you won't over eat the bad stuff, like fried foods, NO FRIED FOODS. simmer in a little olive oil only if need be. happy losing everyone.

gonna try the juice fast then hopefully move into the diabetic diet even though i'm not a diabetic, it has worked well for 2 of my friends. right now that diabetic diet sounds complicated, but i'm trying to decipher it :)

BUT ... if you (me) don't learn how to sit down, plan a week of food, do the shopping, cooking, packing and freezing, then it WILL come back.

After I lost that weight, bought all new clothes, met a wonderful man (16 yrs later, we're still together - and I'm NOT the way I looked when he met me...), felt wonderful .... but, when I stopped buying Lean Cuisine, I had no where to turn. Sure, I bought many GREAT cookbooks, but, oh, it was SUCH a hassle to do all that WORK.

YUP, and now I'm right back where I started, but with Diabetes, a damaged back and knees from all that sudden and continuous exercise (heck, I even had "exercise anemia," because I was doing TOO much) -- and, who knows, did I make myself open to cancer which hit me 5 years later? I don't know.

I DO know that NOTHING out there on a shelf is going to help. Not Slim Fast (lost a gall bladder using that!); none of the "for women only" type of hype pills.

Only hard work, exercise, proper eating, taking time FOR YOURSELF, relaxation and lowering stress -- all this will help to get you where you want to be.

I know that most people who are obese do have a plan, and will and still cannot overcome the feeling of hunger.
That is why diet pills work for me and I will stay on them as long as I will have to.
I my life I only met few slim people which were totally in control, more than 99% need help and that is why I am talking about my own experience with this stuff.

Have you tried no salt added to your food and drink lots of water and get at least eight hours of sleep? I lost 80lbs in six months on these simple changes ,also add more vegies and fruit to your diet with exercise.

TOPS is also a great alternative, they are much less pricey than Weight Watchers and you dont do the 'points' thing, they are not selling a product they are providing a service, for a fraction of the price of WW. Check out their site, I have had great success with them.
