my kindle touch will not turn on

My kindle is fully charged and the screen saver is on, but it will not turn on..

Krista, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to reboot it, time it. Set the device down, and be patient, as rebooting takes a couple of minutes.

My kindle touch will not turn on, have held button for timed 30seconds and nothing happen. Screen saver is on and it's fully charged. Please help!
