Which Kindle?
Do you want them out of your archives, as in gone forever?
Or do you want them on your Kindle to read?

You need to be specific when asking questions.

To delete them permanently, forever, so that you have to buy them again to read them, go to the Manage Your Kindle page, find the book and delete it.
To removed it from a device so that it goes back into your archive, in the Home screen (ToC view) of the device, left click or toggle and delete it.
To remove it from an app, typically you right click and select remove from device.

Are you trying to remove books from your archive, in other words throw them away for ever? (If so, why?)
Or are you trying to retrieve books from your archive and bring them back to your kindle for reading?

Either way you can do it from your page. Look around there, I bet you figure it out.
