Since I changed to X1 cable with Comcast my Netflix on my kindle fire HD is not connecting. It says "no connection retry, but it is connected, what do I do?"

Got a new one last year that is wireless so no more linksys. Never paid to rent the time warner modem so have no clue what they are like. I would go buy a modem and test it. Mary

I got off the phone with a customer rep at Amazon. she informed me that Netflix is no longer available for Kindle Fire. Netflix pulled it from their repertoire. the customer rep Could Not give me an answer as to why They Made that decision. Complaints should be made to Netflix.

Try deleting the app and reinstall again. Had similar problem till I did this. Works brilliantly now.

Think ill get an ipad....got the kindle for the misses for her birthday, but while she works shifts I thought I could use it for Netflix in bed. Keep getting an error.... then same as above, it loads and plays but no picture! it worked well for 40 mins!! works fine on iphone, and xbox. tut tut kindle fire...I almost purchased one for myself too as I was quite impressed with it until this.
