I am having the same problem with my fire stick. Pandora will not load. I contacted Amazon, was referred to Pandora customer service. They gave me a new password, along with instructions to uninstall and reinstall. I can sign in, but Pandora will not load. I just get the spinning icon. Ended up paying extra for a Comcast upgrade so I can use Pandora on the TV. Wish Amazon and Pandora would fix this so I am not paying twice.

I agree I have 2 firesticks one older and one just this year the old one was working until they pushed out 2.0.11 not Pandora doesn't play on any of them but does play on kindle and any other device we have smart tv phones etc. Only issue I have is Amazon needs to work with Pandora to address a bug that spans different platforms like this not the customer.

An utter and complete disregard for your customer in this case and an unacceptable answer. I will certainly follow up with any other means. I am not angry, however, you provide a product / platform and it is not 100%, it is not my responsibility to help you with your service.

You, lee, had the opportunity to do several things:
1. offer to adjust the price I paid for the fire stick - offsetting the value of a nonfunctional Pandora app
2. offer to extend my membership offsetting the value of a nonfunctional Pandora app.
3. Telling me something, anything, other than for me to address the issue on behalf of Amazon.

Your company customer support is superior to nearly any other company and this single answer is still enough for me to change an entire way that I shop, support, use any and all of your products.

I am asking you to forward my email to your next level of customer support, copied to me, and continue to address this issue.

I posted a year ago with no solution. I use my laptop for Pandora if I am having guests and do not want to be embarrassed by my Amazon Fire 7. It is also much slower than my older Kindle fire.

I'm having the exact same issue. I called Amazon support they guy did exactly what I did (and you did by uninstalling and installing again) with no help. He then transferred me to Pandora's call center to log the issue with them. App developers don't fix bugs for individual users. It seems this is a common problem and Amazon and Pandora should fix it and send it out to their users.

Has anyone got an answer to this?

This is probably because of the Automatic Smart Suspend feature, which you can turn off in settings under power :)

I have found that on the firestick use the Alexa app and https://Alexa.amazon.com to re-synchronize pandora app
