First, you're responding to a question that was asked 2years ago! Did you think that anybody still cared? The question was asked about the first generation Kindle fire which isn't even sold anymore, and the question was answered back on the first page of the thread!
Besides which, your post is basically unintelligible. How can you go wrong so many ways in a single (run-on) sentence?

The dot is there but that is just a unknown dot that only the Kindle Fire Company can answer I agree with you but if it doesn't have anything it can take to have pics and webcam its just unknown.

No, you can't plug any external devices into the Kindle Fire.

Before you accuse others of not knowing what they're talking about, you should really know what YOU'RE talking about. Believe it or not, there is more than one Kindle Fire and this thread was started...wait for it...BEFORE THERE WAS A CAMERA!!! The first Kindle Fire doesn't have a camera. Surprise!

this is a webcam.i have used skype on it many times, and it works fine.i dont know what you all are talking about!

The kindle Fire HD & inch has one. Click on photos , then click on the camera on the upper corner there you go . I do not know about the Kindle Fire.

Look in the upper left corner. See the camera. I don't know much about Bestbuy because I am still growing up, but I will put it in the back of my head that Bestbuy is not the best place to get things like these. :-)

I am still not convinced that there is no camera:

I actually managed to get Skype installed but it doesn't find neither mic nor cam.
