Just received my Camelot Kindle Touch cover from Oberon Design. The color is Marigold. The leather smells great and the cost was $67.00. Also got one for my wife's Nook COLOR, Dragonfly Pond in Sky Blue as a Christmas present at the same cost. Since the total order was over $100.00, Oberon Design paid the shipping.

I've been looking at Oberon covers for a few years, but never took the plunge. Enjoy!

I have Dragonfly Pond in Sky Blue for my K3 and as an early birthday present Hummingbirds in Sky Blue for my Kindle Fire. Both are spectacular. It's a pleasure just to look at and hold them.

I am a huge fan of Oberon Design. Not only are the covers beautiful, but they really protect the ereaders. I have dropped my Kindle several times, and the cover has kept the Kindle safe. I just got the cloud dragon in red for my Fire and the Celtic hounds for my Kindle touch in wine. I have the roof of heaven for my Kindle 3 (keyboard) and the tree of life for my K2.

Between us my wife and I have a Celtic K3 sleeve (fits a Fire nicely too), a Lotus journal, a Tree of Life purse and a TOL checkbook cover. Oberon geeks.

I didn't have to go to any of the Black Friday sales because the mailman delivered my DeVinci Oberon cover in Sky Blue for my K3 and the Dragonfly Pond in Fern for the KindleBasic ;) Happy with both of them. The colors are a bit darker than I expected (especially the Fern), but love them both.

I love Oberon! I have a couple Kindle covers, a wallet, and an organizer and they're all absolutely beautiful and well worth the money.
Can't wait till my Fire cover arrives!

I love my cover, I've had it for several months for my Kindle, in a green leather Tree of Life. I was thrilled to find that my Kindle Fire fit snug as a bug in it, so I don't have to buy a new one. Wait a minute, now I don't know if that's good or bad. LOL

I actually believe the free shipping is a deal until Christmas. There is a code to put on the order form.

Luckily, my Oberon cover from my Kindle 3 fits my Fire with a few minor hiccups. One of the top speakers is covered and it was a tight fit getting it in there. It will have to do until I can get a new Oberon. I gave my Kindle 3 to my husband and he thinks my Oberon case is too girly to use.

I have the dragon (design only on front not wrap around) in black for both my ipad and K3. Love them and have to say when I dropped my ipad onto the concrete floor, neither it nor the Oberon were damaged. My heart really flip flopped when that happened. I decided against the Oberon for the Fire at this time due to the combined weight.

I have Oberon covers for both my K3 and Fire. Best covers that are out there IMO. Expensive, but worth the money for me.

I came very close to buying an oberon design cover for my new kindle touch yesterday. I changed my mind when I saw the shipping was $12 and change, jacking the price to just under $80. I'm just not sure enough how comfortable they will be to hold for hours on end while reading.

Another Oberon fan checking in. I had Dragonfly Pond (one-sided) in sky blue for my K2, a black Celtic knot for K3, and now a wine Butterfly for my Touch. I personally believe they are the best covers, hands down. A bit costly? Yes, but also worth every penny (not to mention absolutely beautiful craftsmanship).

Hi Jeanine, I was able to choose which shipping I wanted (UPS vs USPS). The USPS priority mail was only $6.95. Also, a previous poster said something about a code for free shipping before Christmas. That may be something you want to consider.

As for comfort, my cover folds back neatly. Over time, you will wear it in even more which actually adds to their beauty. Now, that said, I don't really hold the Kindle in my hands all that often. It is usually on my lap or on a table or on a small throw pillow which is on my lap. However, while in a doctor's office or the like, I don't have any issues holding it at all.

I have two of these covers, a celtic hounds in wine for K1 and the paisley in green for the K2, I love love these covers, they are not too heavy, they protect extremely well, they are especially beautiful to look at and give one the feeling of reading a leather book...the only down side I can see is that each new kindle needs a different size, so the kindle cover will long outlast the kindle...made me get a cheap apple cover for my IPAD.

Another Oberon Geek, here. I have so many of their products I've lost count. Just received my purple Iris KT cover on Monday. What a beauty!

Hi racefan, my options where USPS $12 something or UPS $16 something on up to next day or two day. I didn't see anything about free shipping, I'll have to look again. I ordered a cheapie for just under $20 with shipping at Amazon, but I can still cancel it if I decide to change my mind. I just can't see paying that much shipping. It's not that large an item.

I just checked on Oberon's facebook page, they have a code for free shipping on orders of $100 or more, so I don't qualify for that.

Does your wife like your purse?

Sorry! I woke up on the cheeky side of the bed..

She does Fanny, I let her use it on weekends.

Does anyone have an Oberon sleeve for the Touch? Did you get the 'small' or the 'mini' sleeve? I'm wondering which fits the Touch best. Also, are the sleeves bulky?

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 1, 2011 9:35:55 AM PST
I have an Oberon sleeve for my baby and touch kindles. I got the mini. It is a a tight fit on the Touch, not so much on the Baby, but it does cover the Touch safely.

I got Celtic Hounds in green, I have DaVinci in Saddle on my Keyboard.

Highly recommend them.

Thanks, Fanny. I was afraid the small sleeve would be too big/loose for the Touch, but I wanted to make sure the mini would actually fit.
