I sent my personal kindle mobi file to a few beta readers. I made them add my email as an approved Personal Document email, and I emailed the mobi file to them to their @kindle.com email addresses.
However, when they go to https://kindle.amazon.com/your_highlights they do not see their highlights.
I thought we did it right, so the highlights would show up.
Now I have a bunch of notes on my beta reader's different devices (iPad3, Galaxy S4, etc...) but no way to get their notes.
I searched and it looks like these notes should be syncing and other posts having found a way to get them any other way.
How do my beta readers get me their notes?
