Amazon website loading wrong

Has anyone else had this problem? Last week I called up the Amazon website (as I do every day) and it came up looking very wrong - the name Amazon is repeated across the top over and over and in 3 rows and the top menus are all on the left side. The repeated name obscures part of the information when I search for an item. I will be calling Customer Service to see if they have a suggestion, but have any of us experienced this change of the appearance of the website? Thank you.

No, no change for me. Same as it's always been...

Sounds like a computer problem.

You might need to update Java, delete your cookies, reboot your computer, restart your browser or just try a different browser altogether.

Whenever I have any sort of display issue, I always check it out on another browser.

Yes. I can't explain it. But my opinion is that the Amazon site and my ISP's firewall has issues. If it is the first thing I look at in the day, then I get either "can't find" or it is scrambled.

Firefox is my browser of choice, and I think sometimes IE does better on these sites. Facebook does the same. So does eBay.

I would suggest also clearing your temp files. For me, I don't think it is Amazon. I think it is my ISP or my own virus protection.

Thanks to everyone for their advice. I did check and it loaded fine on Explorer. Next I cleaned out the Chrome cache - and behold - it all looked right again. So I have learned something. Thank you again for suggesting all this. As you suggested, it was me and not Amazon (user error). Now I can shop easily again - most important!
