Well, if you couldn't figure it out after trouble-shooting it with Amazon, you're probably SOL. It should be simple: download the Kindle app to your iPad; register it to your Amazon account; and presto! There are your books ready to download. If not, and your Kindle app is truly registered to your account, then that's it. Don't know what to say.

Do you have the iPad Kindle app installed? Is it registered to your Amazon account? Do you have a WiFi connection?

Thanks Mike. I have download a bunch of books to the cloud successfully. Started about a week ago. They show pending. All my older stuff is shows and can be downloaded to the device. Really strange. I de and re registered the device. Also deleted and re uploaded the app from the apps store. I don't know what to do next. Hopefully someone from Amazon will read this and help. Thanks again.

It sounds like you have two accounts. I suggest contacting Kindle CS and see if they can help you sort it out. If you can see "older" purchases, but not current ones, that indicates 2 accounts.

JWK says:
Nope, just one account. I will try Kindle CS. Thanks.

Do that, because you're not going to hear from Amazon by having posted to this forum.

My thought was that you may accidentally have created a second account, and not realized it. It happens often, and your issue is one of the "symptoms."
