Susan Weber says:
Have upgraded from a Kindle keyboard to Kindle Fire. Now can find my wish list that was so easy to click to on the keyboard (kindle store then "menu" then "your wish list."

How do I find my established wish list on my Kindle Fire?

Thanks.

I don't have my Fire handy, so I'm doing this from memory... I think if you go to the Shop menu and choose Physical Products, then one of the options under the "three lines" menu is Wishlist.

Or, maybe I just haven't recovered from last weekend yet...

I assume that you're just looking for the books on your wishlist, since that's all you could see on the KK.

Tap Books, tap Menu (the three horizontal lines on the upper left), swipe up until you see Wishlist.

I really need to remember to throw salt at my computer before replying.

I've tried draping garlic over my monitor. It doesn't help. These zombies have some mad skills.

I figured Mary was inquiring about how it's done, too. In her own way, of course, since there wasn't a question there.

I think it's easier to find on the Fires. Oh, well. Just must be me.

Any change, no matter how small, seems to freak some people out. Last night there was a kerfuffle with a guy who was complaining about having to tap twice on his PW to set a bookmark, instead of just once like he did before the update.

I saw that. There sure do seem to be a lot of people lately who get so upset over nothing. They should have my life. They'd welcome a minor hiccup in their Kindle.

I opened my HDX earlier and no matter what tab I tapped it said "Your Library is Empty". Did I start screaming, posting on forums and accuse Amazon of ripping me off and stealing my stuff and proclaiming that it's a piece of junk? No, I calmly rebooted it, and viola!, there was all my stuff.

You must have been raised to be responsible, or some other parenting/school torture like that.

Yeah, and I even got spankings when I needed them.

Re the post about on the Kindle Forum on syncing to the last page read, I almost wrote "that's ridiculous!" to the mod's answer to keep Wi-Fi turned on while reading books on the PW. It doesn't seem like they know much about Kindles! I thought it was interesting that they have mods working on Friday and Saturday nights now, on both help forums.

In reply to an earlier post on May 30, 2014 11:19:23 PM PDT
They've had them working seven days a week until 10 pm Pacific Time for months now. Some of the reasoning behind that was our complaints that so many people were posting all of their personal info and that no one could delete those posts/threads except Mods so they extended the time periods the Mods were available. I notice in the last two days there are some new Mods I've never seen before. And I don't think any of them use their Kindles to the extent we "volunteers" (Pro and non-Pro alike) do.

Thank u for the easy problem solver. I first went to faq on kindle and lead on a merry circle. They never did help.

Charlie Fox, thank u. Maybe now u can just as easily tell me how to delete some books in my wish list.
