I just bought a new 7" Kindle Fire HD yesterday and transferred some of the local content from my first generation Fire.
For some reason, when I play the MP4 video files (using the Amazon video player) they get jumpy and freeze on the Kindle Fire HD whenever I fast forward or rewind. However, when I play the exact same files on my old Kindle Fire I don't get the same problem.
I searched the forums and couldn't find anything similar.
Has this happened with anyone else? Any suggestions? Thanks.
