C. S. Jones says:
The wifi password is whatever you or the installer put in then they setup the wireless network in your home. This has absolutely nothing to do with Amazon since this is your own personal hardware.
Sometimes the security key is listed on a label on the bottom or side of your wifi router or in the documentation provided with it.

Did you, or someone, create a wireless network?

Look on the back or the bottom of the router, the password might be there

It's looking for the security code.

Did someone set up the router for you? The person who installed mine set my security code as my 10 digit telephone number. After he left, I changed it.

R. Wilde says:
Check the manual for the router to see if there are instructions on how to reset the password to default (and what the default passowrd is), and how to change the password.

If you don't have a hard copy maual, you can probably search for it online (probably at the manufacturer's website).

If someone set it up for you, you may have to ask them what passwords they used
